Custom Umbrellas features the best quality, heaviest gauge pool umbrella frames from China, and hardwood market umbrella frames from Indonesia imported to Florida, where they are assembled and fitted with American-made covers and parts. We feature open-mesh Textaline® covers popular with hotels, motels, and apartment complexes, as well as closed-mesh Textaline® and Sunbrella® acrylic fabrics popular with condominiums, homeowner associations and country clubs. The closed-mesh materials stop the sun completely, and provide black shade and UV protection. They also stop the wind completely and are subject to wind damage.

Our standard, basic commercial umbrella for many years. Very high grade. They are made with hardwood frames or heavy guage aluminum and feature Textaline or Sunbrella fabrics. One style is available with fiberglass ribs. Market umbrella styles are standard with wind vents. Standard umbrellas ship in about 2 weeks in your choice of colors.

These deluxe umbrellas ship in about 2 weeks or less. They are the best quality available in this price range. They are made of high grade aluminum or hardwood frames and feature Sunbrella® and Textaline® fabrics. The tailoring and craftsmanship are equal to umbrellas much higher priced.

Fiberglass ribs are available on some styles, and should be considered in areas where constant wind is a factor. Also, ask our sales associates about the styles available with air vents and reduce the chance of wind damage considerably.

Several styles have automatic tilt at no additional cost.

On the market umbrellas with aluminum frame, there is a choice of frame colors. Please note these color options on limited styles.

Custom Logo Printing
Custom logos are available with your own logo design. We need camera ready art or any high resolution image. We charge a setup fee for each order, and your artwork is stored in our archives for future use if you want to reorder. Our process is screen printing. We do not use vinyl appliqué applied with heat because the image will not stay on the fabric. We also charge a fee for each panel that is painted, and you can put the logo on as many panels as you wish.

Cover Fabric
Sunbrella® furniture grade fabric is grade C in our price list. Textaline® tight weave is grade B, and open weave Textaline® is grade A. Promotional vinyl is base grade V. Marine/awning weight, if available on any style, has to be priced specially by the order.

Construction
Our standard thread is polyester, which is a 4-6 year thread, as opposed to monofilament (typically used by many other manufacturers), which rots in the sun. We bind our umbrellas with 3-5 year acrylic fabric, as opposed to vinyl (again, typically used by many other manufacturers), which cracks in the sun. Our crank umbrellas use the heaviest grade of nylon umbrella cord. These features greatly increase the life and enhance the appearance of the umbrella cover.
Gortex extra life thread is available as an option on beach concession umbrellas. We especially recommend this long life thread on Sunbrella marine/awning weight fabrics. Gortex thread will last the life of this heavy duty fabric.

Cabanas
We manufacture folding cabanas with heavy gauge aluminum frames, stainless steel cotter pin fasteners, and a furniture grade PVC stretcher bar -- nothing to rust. The covering is awning weight Sunbrella® acrylic, sewn with upgrade, Gortex® thread, guaranteed for the life of the fabric. The large cabana is free standing and is designed to sit on the sand and protect two standard chaise lounges. The smaller cabanette is designed to attach to two wooden chaises, but may be easily modified to attach to many aluminum chaises as well.
Gortex extra life thread is available on cabanas as an option. We especially recommend this long life thread on Sunbrella marine/awning weight fabrics. Gortex thread will last the life of this heavy duty fabric.

Cushions
We manufacture all standard sizes of outdoor patio furniture cushions, and will make custom sizes. We use high-density, open pore "flow through" urethane foam, wrapped with dacron. Zippers are used in most cushions.
For custom cushions that are not completely square, rectangular, or round, the customer must furnish us with a pattern. If there is any special shape to the cushions that is not specifically symmetrical, WE MUST HAVE A PATTERN.

Warranty
One year commercial warranty.

Replacement Covers and Parts
We will gladly supply parts, including large and small umbrella clips, umbrella cord, replacement crank housings, etc. for our products only. We cannot supply parts for other manufacturers' umbrellas. Sizes and styles vary too much and our parts might not fit.

The same is true for umbrella covers (the fabric part of the umbrella) . Because frame sizes vary from one manufacturer to another, we cannot guarantee a fit, and therefore we sell replacement covers for our frames only.
